Attendees will learn how to use the TWC Precedent Manual to effectively respond to ex-employees' unemployment claims. The session will cover understanding the manual, efficiently searching for relevant cases, and using these cases persuasively. John, an experienced HR lawyer with 25 years of practice, will lead the session. He has held leadership roles in various HR organizations and currently serves as Vice President of Programs at NTSHRM.

How to understand what these cases mean and how to use them persuasively in their responses.
